Shipping Principles

  • Most new orders would be shipped with 24 hours of the order placement. If there is a reason for the delay in the sending of your order or the item has been discontinued, you will be contacted by a member of our sales team within 24 hours.
  • Customers are requested to notify us within two working days of any shortages or damages to their deliveries. Only this way, we can help you find the cause & solution.
  • Customers who have purchased at are respectable for us. In case of missing or partially delivered items, please feel free to let us know. Our customer helping representative is available from 5 am to 6 pm GMT (UK) on all working days.
  • Where parcels are delivered by courier, if the outer packaging is visibly damaged, the customer is requested to sign for the goods stating that the parcel was damaged. This will not affect the customer’s rights to a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods contained.
  • Designs and colour schemes may vary due to differences in the actual product and its images or due to the dyeing process of some items from time to time.
  • Missing or delayed parcels will be pursued through other channels. Compensation will also be considered if there would be no clue found of the parcel. We aim to resolve your shipping issues as early as possible.
  • We are strived to provide you with customised solutions for any of the problems you face while purchasing at, so please contact us for any problem so we can offer the best possible solutions accordingly.
  • Ordering more than 1 item at once can decrease your shipping charges, depends on the parcel volumetric/actual weight.
  • Please note that in case of the wrong address or you were unavailable to accept your goods, re-courier charges may be applicable where customers will ask for their goods to be shipped again to the same address or any other address.
  • For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, please allow for a delivery time of up to 6 working days. In some countries, customs or import duties levied once the dispatched product reaches the destination country, which you should check at your end.
  • For bespoke orders, the estimated time of delivery shall be quoted upon your approval of your bespoke proof.
