Returns Principles

We strive to make sure the highest quality goods are available. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via chat or email / WhatsApp at +44-7868 749550 call or message, so we can let you know how we can resolve your issue. Our purpose for this is only to help you in the best possible way as early as possible.
The following returns principles we apply for your convenience;

  • Your order number is needed when returning your product to save time from any delay in return. Most returns are shipped within 24 hours, of receiving the goods, via Hermes/DHL/UPS, etc.
  • Please download, fill and send back to us this return form along with your product with its original packing to return.
    If you are unable to print the form, you can either copy the text from the form, give the required information, and send it back to us by email.
  • We will even cover the return cost when the item we sent is having any manufacturing fault or we have sent the wrong item (size/colour etc) to what you have ordered. Regarding colours, they may vary due to differences in the actual product and its images or due to the dyeing process of some items from time to time. But if the colour is not what you pretended while ordering, you can still return your product.
  • On any other condition, you can still return your product within 30 days of receipt, if goods are not as good as described or not of satisfactory quality or due to any other reason, you may return the item to us for a 100% refund.
    Only those products which are unused or undamaged are possible for returns. Refunds are also possible similar to the exchange of products.
  • Even there is no sign, still used items or items without original packaging will not be returned, unless the product is defective from manufacturing.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective from manufacturing or made with different materials from what was ordered.
  • Correct items must be returned to get back the return (Replacement or Exchange) or refund. To protect our employees and to save time, mistaken returns will be disposed of.
  • Items like a mouth guard, groin guard, etc are non-returnable.
