Spent a lot of time researching for a wrestling dummy for our folk style wrestling club. There are a lot of expensive options but I really like the price on this one. Once I received it, I checked it out and it is exactly what we needed. It’s sewed together well and the material seems to be pretty tough. I love that we can fill it with what we want so we can make it lighter for our younger kids and heavier for our bigger kids. We’ve filled it with mostly jeans and t-shirts that we were going to donate. It’s been a few months and it’s still in good shape. I’ll edit this review later if we have any issues.

Very durable and well made dummy, but do wish I have purchased 6feet size so can get the little longer arms to better grip for certain ground techniques and to adjust the legs to pull straight sometimes would be nice but over all so far a really good product.
This product is durable to practice take downs and submissions. I filled it with old clothes and it’s pretty heavy, so don’t try to put sand in it because it will be super heavy. It would defeat the purpose of training submissions if you can hardly pick it up. Good material…… definitely would recommend this dummy.
